We have started pruning! Here we go for three months at a rate of 50 hours to prune 1 hectare and pull the woods behind.
Trellises have been partly fixed and the rest will be during the season. Ewes arrived and we have a beautiful vineyard and meadow at their disposal. We have a lot of work in progress for 2021: planting of cider apple, pear, cherry, corm and raspberry orchards!
At the cellar, the wine is resting after having been extracted: Les Picasses, Diablesse, Turpenay 2018 and 2019 leave room to 2020’s one. The other vintages are in tank and are waiting to be bottled in the spring.
